“We had our old and tired roof replaced in August by D Haynes Roofing. This was quite a big job as it included replacing the membrane, all of the tiles and also the valleys, guttering, fascias and soffits. When finished it turned out to be a very good job that had been done very well.
Jay was the initial point of contact who turned up to discuss our requirements and provide the estimate. He was very likeable, helpful and also understood and accommodated our extra requirements regarding checking and improving the perimeter loft insulation whilst the roof was off.
The roofing team which including Rob and Charlie, worked well and were very friendly and helpful and the job was completed quickly and on-time. The office team also answered my queries very promptly and helpfully.
