A Quick Catch-Up from the Team

🌧️ If things have seemed a little quiet on our end lately—you're not imagining it! First off, we want to say a big sorry for the radio silence. The truth is, we've been run off our feet with work, and on top of that, the weather has not exactly been doing us any favours.

As anyone in the roofing trade will tell you, flat roofs and persistent rain don’t exactly mix well. We've had several projects lined up and ready to go, but due to the unpredictable downpours, we've had no choice but to shuffle our schedule around and play the waiting game. It’s frustrating for everyone, we know—but safety and quality always come first.

That said, we haven’t been completely rained off! In between showers, we've managed to crack on with a range of jobs that we’re really proud of. Here’s a quick look at just some of the work we’ve completed over the last few weeks:

✔️ Full slate re-roofs that have brought new life to tired properties
✔️ Plenty of minor repairs to keep existing roofs in top condition
✔️ Freshly mortared verges that not only look great but add long-lasting protection
✔️ A brand-new lower-level roof installation
✔️ Installation of dry ridge lines to help roofs breathe and stay secure
… and a lot more happening behind the scenes!

To all of our customers who are waiting patiently while we work around the weather—thank you. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We know rescheduling can be inconvenient, and we’re doing our best to get everyone rebooked as soon as conditions allow. Your support means the world to our small team.

We’re keeping a close eye on the forecasts and hoping the sun decides to make a comeback soon. ☀️ Once it does, we’ll be back at full steam ahead, ticking off those postponed jobs and keeping roofs safe, dry, and looking their best.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about your upcoming work or need a quote for future projects, don’t hesitate to get in touch. As always, for all your roofing needs—big or small—we’ve got you covered. 😉

Stay dry out there,
